T-REG PRO
T-Reg fuel pressure regulators outflow most FPRs currently on the market and provide smoother fuel pressure delivery. The T-Reg spring and valve have been designed using CFD software for stable regulation and high fuel flow rates under load conditions from idle to full throttle. Machined from 6262 T6 billet aluminium, the T-Regs are hand-assembled to ensure a precision product. All T-Regs feature a vacuum/boost reference port, GFLT diaphragm, Chrome Silicone spring which provides fuel pressure compensation on a 1:1 ratio with manifold pressure. 1/8h NPT gauge port for easy installation of a fuel pressure gauge.

Fuel Compatibility
From May 2006 onwards, all T-REGs are fitted with a GFLT diaphragm. These diaphragms are manufactured from the most advanced and chemical resistant material available. It is however very important to understand that compatibility will vary depending upon the fuel used. Please refer to the table below as a guide on fuel compatibility and inspection intervals. Regular inspection of the diaphragm is critical, particularly with exotic unleaded race fuels. The less compatible the fuel you are using, the shorter the life of your diaphragm will be and the shorter the inspection interval should be.

Tool-Free Adjustment and Locking system
T-Reg PRO’s pressure is adjusted by rotating the cap. Clockwise rotation increases the pressure in 0.25psi increments, while anti-clockwise rotation reduced the pressure by the same increment. Each increment is finalised with a click, courtesy of an integrated detent system. A unique locking mechanism prevents the cap from moving once the desired pressure has been set.
T-Reg Series tested and proven!
Numerous bench and dyno tests prove T-Reg’s superior pressure stability when put against the standard and leading aftermarket regulators. Chart 1 shows T-Reg (Red) having the least pressure variation, outperforming both the standard and aftermarket unit. Chart 2 shows a definite drop in the base pressure experienced by other brand regulators (Blue, Green and Purple) while the T-Reg (Red) maintains a stable base pressure throughout the rev range and varying load conditions.
